Explore Africa

Explore 2 of Africa’s most interesting countries that incidentally hosts the continent’s second and third highest Peaks – Batian Peak (5,199m) of Mt Kenya and Margarita Peak (5,109m) of Mt Stanley.

What’s next after Mt Kilimanjaro you wonder? Do the words Mountains of the Moon call out to the adventure-seeker in you? If so, wait no longer.

Wildfire Expeditions is undertaking our maiden trip to East Africa, where we will hike Mt Kenya followed by the Rwenzori mountains (also called the Mountains of the Moon) in Uganda for 2 weeks in August.

Point Lenana is the highest trekking peak of Mt Kenya and the route by which we hike will be the Chogoria-Sirimon route, arguably the most scenic.
