Certain of the Products offered viaWildfire are sold on behalf of Suppliers, under the suppliers’ responsibility.Wildfire is not a party to the contract between you as a customer and the supplier of the Product and therefore has not responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Your use of this Website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use, the Business Terms of Use, and our Data Policy. You agree to use this Website in accordance with all of the aforementioned terms and subject to all of the aforementioned terms.

Wildfire reserves the right to at any point in time change the content, structure, functionalities of the Booking Platform, including suspending in full or partially the Website, or blocking access to visitors of the Website in partial or in full, without any reason, at any point in time, and with immediate effect. General Terms of Business of Wildfire  and Suppliers of Products

For booking services via the Website, the Business Terms of Use and the   as well as the additional conditions of suppliers shall apply.

You should note that Wildfire does not warrant that the information published on this Website will be error free and in using this Website you acknowledge that the Product details and all other information, including but not limited to supplier information, customer information, and other information published on the Website etc may include errors, inaccuracies, mistranslations, or typographical errors.

All information published onWildfire including but not limited to customer reviews, company reviews, supplier information, product information, blog articles and other types of information published on Wildfire, is the sole ownership and propriety of Wildfire All such information may not be used or distributed by any other parties, before such parties have received Wildfire’s prior written consent hereto.

All bookings are made with the supplier offering the Product in question, not with Wildfire. Wildfire only facilitates the making of the reservations with the suppliers of Products and sometimes the payment as well. Wildfire is not a party to the contract between you as a customer and the supplier of the Product and therefore has not responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

Cancellation Policy:  Due to the booking of government and operator permits, Wildfire Expeditions has the following refund policy

  • Each deposit, includes a 20% non-refundable registration fee.
  • Full refunds, less registration fee, will be provided 90 days prior to the trek or dive date.
  • 50% refunds will be provided 60-89 days prior to course, trek or dive date.
  • 25% refunds will be provided 45-59 days prior to course, trek or dive date.
  • No refunds will be provided 45 days prior to course, trek and/or expedition date.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing  within the deadlines stated above.
  • All balances are due 60 days prior to departure date unless otherwise specified.

Wildfire shall in no way be liable to you in the event that a supplier or Product is not suitable for your purpose.
